Administrative Coordinator

Full-Time | In-Office

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting customer service, operations, social media, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Assist with walk-in retail and shoe sales
  • Process and ship Shopify orders daily
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery concerns
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain lead tracking and monthly reporting
  • Assist with social media posting and engagement
  • Coordinate event schedules, travel logistics, and booth preparation
  • Help manage inventory and incoming/outgoing samples
  • Support day-to-day office organization and operations
