Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys customer service, operations, sales support, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Shipping, receiving & order processing daily
- Track shipments and resolve delivery concerns
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
- Maintain lead tracking and monthly reporting
- Assist with social media posting and engagement
- Coordinate event schedules, travel logistics, and booth preparation
- Help manage inventory and incoming/outgoing samples
- Support day-to-day office organization and operations
