Returns and Exchanges

Clearance/Sale items and custom items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns must be in new condition and not worn outdoors. The product box/case must be in the same new condition that you received it in.

Please include the original invoice (if possible), and a note stating whether you would like an exchange or a return and wrap the original box or case to ensure it is in re-sellable condition. You may use the bag it came in by turning it inside out.

Refunds:

Once we have received the shoes, if they are suitable for return, we will then refund your credit card with the purchase amount of the product.  We do not refund shipping costs.

Exchanges:

You can mail the shoes to Total Spirit at the address provided above, and once we receive them, we will ship your new shoes.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the shoes being returned to us. We will ship out the new pair of shoes to you free of charge on your first exchange, but if you require subsequent exchanges, we would charge you for the shipping fees.
