Are you in Canada?





Yes.  We are located in British Columbia.




Are your prices in Canadian currency?





Yes.  All prices on our online store are in Canadian currency.




Do you have a retail store?  Can I come try on shoes?





While we do not have a retail location, if you would like to try on shoes, you can visit our warehouse at:

What are your shipping rates?





Oversized bags or shoes may have higher shipping charges.

1 shoe/backpack: $20

2 shoes/backpacks: $30

3-4 shoes/backpacks: $35

5-6 shoes/backpacks: $40

7-8 shoes/backpacks: $45

9-10 shoes/backpacks:$50

11 shoes/backpacks $5 per item




How long will it take to get my order?





Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

Shipping times:

British Columbia: 1-3 business days

Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3-5 business days

Ontario, Quebec: 4-7 business days

New Brunswick. Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, PEI: 6-10 business days

Note: items shipping to rural areas may take longer than listed below




Do you ship outside of Canada?





Sorry, we do not ship outside Canada.  Our license agreements only allow us to ship within Canada.




I need my order faster.  Can you express ship my order?





Yes.  We have now added an express shipping option.  If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please contact us to confirm it will make it in time.  If you would like your express shipment to ship the same day, please call us by noon Pacific time at 1-888-572-4337 to ensure we have enough time to get your order ready for the courier.  For shipments to NS,NB, PEI, NL, the fastest we'll be able to get them to you will be two business days.




What forms of payment do you accept?





We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay




Can I exchange my shoes if they don’t fit?





We will accept an exchange as long as the shoes and box are in re-sellable condition (i.e. they do not have any wear, stains, or scuffs on them).  Please include a note stating that you want an exchange.  On the note, please include your order number if you have it, a way to contact you and the size you require if you are requesting an exchange.  We will ship out the new pair to you free of charge, but you will be responsible for the cost of sending the shoes back to us.  We suggest sending it by a method that is traceable as we cannot be responsible for any shoes that are lost on their way to our warehouse.

Can I return my shoes?





We will accept a return as long as the shoes and box are in re-sellable condition (i.e. they do not have any wear, stains, or scuffs on them).  We will refund you the cost of the shoes and any applicable taxes, but do not refund the shipping fee.  Please include a note stating that you want a refund.  On the note, please include your order number and/or your full name that you used to place the order.

What if my shoes are defective?





We stand behind all the products we carry and follow the manufacturer's warranty from Nfinity and Varsity. If within 30 days of receiving your item, you believe your product to be defective, please email nicole@totalspirit.com with your order number and pictures of the defect.  She will get back to you with the next steps.















Do you sell Varsity Uniforms?





Yes, we are the exclusive Canadian distributor of Varsity uniforms




How long will my uniforms take?





The timeline for your uniforms will depend on what kind of uniform you are ordering and the time of year when you are ordering. However we suggest leaving approximately 10-12 weeks for production of uniforms. Quality takes time, and Varsity is the best quality out there!




How do I get sized for my uniform? 





Depending on where you are in the country we can have a sales rep come size your gym, or we can send you a sizing set. A third option is to take the kids measurements. Ask your sales representative what the best option for you is!




Are there any additional duties for my uniform order? 





Your sales representative will quote your uniform in Canadian dollars. They will also give you a price for shipping and tax. There will be no additional duties on top of this!




Do I have to pay upfront for my uniforms?





We require at least 50% payment upfront to place the order. This is because uniforms are made especially for you, and we require a deposit in order to start this process. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks later.













Custom Team Gear:




Can you do custom T-shirts for my team?





We can do custom screenprint, glitter, and/or rhinestone t-shirts for your cheer team, your business, your softball team, your bachelorette party.  Please sales@totalspirit.com for more info
