Defective Shoe/Backpack Policy

We stand behind all the products we carry and follow the manufacturer's warranty from Nfinity and Varsity. If within 30 days of receiving your item, you believe your product to be defective, please email nicole@totalspirit.com with your order number and pictures of the defect.  She will get back to you with the next steps.

For the longest life of your shoes, please ensure that you're untying the laces when taking off your shoes.  It's a small thing, but we've found that if athletes are slipping their shoes off without untying them, it can cause undo wear on the outsole and lead to some of the pads detaching prematurely.
