His title says it all!

Kristina grew up as a gymnast, but made the switch to cheerleading in 2008. She became immersed in the sport as an athlete and coach and hasn't looked back ever since! Kristina joined Total Spirit in 2017 and is now our Senior Sales Manager. She has an eye for design, a commitment to lead, and a passion for being a part of the community that has shaped her life! Travelling to events, seeing designs go from concept to reality, and meeting people within the industry who have become good friends are just a few of the reasons why working at Total Spirit is so fulfilling to her. Outside of Total Spirit, she runs an adult softball league and enjoys cooking, river walks, and her Nintendo Switch!

Kevin is thrilled to be part of the TS family in the USA! His cheer career began in 2005 when he joined his high school cheer team in Carlsbad, CA. That same year, Kevin joined the world-famous Cali Coed team, where he cheered until 2008. After his cheerleading days were over, Kevin transitioned into coaching, becoming a head coach and winning multiple national events, including NCA All Star Nationals. He has also worked as a choreographer and judge, continuing to make an impact throughout the cheer industry. Cheerleading is a true passion of Kevin’s, and this year, he was honored to be recognized as one of the “Top 40 Under 40.” He is excited to continue contributing to the industry and looks forward to seeing the growth of the TS family through its USA expansion.

Meet our Marketing Director, Kelly St John! Kelly has been a part of the Total Spirit team since 2017. She has been part of the cheer community since 2005, where she started as a scholastic cheer athlete at Argyle Secondary. From there, she competed on University & All-Star teams until 2019. She was a volunteer coach at Argyle Secondary from 2009-2019 and loved seeing young athletes fall in love with the sport. Kelly is thrilled to be able to stay involved and connected with the Cheer community through her work for Total Spirit. Kelly is a proud mom of two boys, and in her very limited spare time she loves to read and loudly declare her opinions about books to anyone who will listen (and even those who don’t).

Danielle started her cheer journey in 2006 at Argyle Secondary before cheering with SFU Red and later competing at Vancouver All Stars on Blackout, Ice Out, Ice Queens, and Ice Age. She began coaching in 2008 and has coached at both Argyle and VAS, where she currently coaches Sub Zero. Danielle joined Total Spirit in 2017 as the Quebec Representative and has since grown into a Senior Representative and Management role. Cheer has been a huge part of her life for nearly 20 years—and, honestly, she doesn’t have many hobbies outside of it!

Raija has been part of the cheerleading world for nearly 20 years! She started as an athlete and eventually discovered her passion for coaching, spending the last 13 years helping athletes grow both on and off the mat. Raija has been lucky enough to be part of Warman Ultimate Cheerleading since its beginning and continues to coach today! Her career at Total Spirit allows her to combine two things she is incredibly passionate about—the sport of cheerleading and building relationships with the people who make this industry so special. For Raija, there’s nothing better than seeing an idea come to life and knowing she got to play a small part in a team’s journey!

Sofie was introduced to cheerleading at her high school in Grade 8, and it quickly became a whole new world that she fell in love with. After a year of high school cheer, she joined the All-Star cheerleading world and competed for 12 years as a flyer. She also had the opportunity to try collegiate cheer at the University of British Columbia during the 2018/2019 season. Sofie spent her final few seasons competing with Vancouver All-Stars Black Ice and retired in 2022 after winning Bronze at Worlds! She feels incredibly lucky to work in a career that allows her to share her passion for cheerleading with the next generation of athletes!

Shannon has been involved in cheerleading for 17 years, beginning in Alberta and later moving to Vancouver to pursue her dream of competing with Ice Queens. She has competed with Junior and Senior Team Canada, earned two silver Globes with Ice Queens, and became a World Champion with Blackout in 2025. Shannon is also passionate about coaching, currently coaching Ice Crystals, Cyclones, and Winded. She has been part of the Total Spirit team for four years and is now a Sales Representative covering the East Coast of Canada. She is grateful to continue growing within the cheerleading industry through both her coaching and her work with Total Spirit!

Lila has 8 years of dance experience across Pom, Street Dance, and Studio Dance, along with 5 years of cheerleading and teaching Street Dance. She’s been with TSC for nearly 3 years and is currently the Head Dance Account Manager and a Meesports Account Manager. Outside of work, Lila enjoys gaming and streaming with friends, cuddling her dachshunds, exploring hip hop and Street Dance culture, and iced coffee! She was part of the first Team Saskatchewan Pom Team and later competed for Team Canada Pom at the ICU World Championships. And, of course, she’s a lifelong Panic! At the Disco fan!

Emma danced for 3 years, then began cheerleading for Port Moody Secondary back in grade 9. In grade 11, she went on to compete for VAS at the All-Star level, ultimately retiring from Sub Zero in 2024. Not a day goes by that she doesn’t miss being on the floor! Over the years, Emma has completed a Diploma in Fashion Marketing from the Wilson School of Design and worked hours upon hours in the restaurant industry – that was until former teammate Kira mentioned an open role at TSC! Emma is thrilled to be apart of the cheer world once again, and wants everyone to know that sidequests are always welcome ;)
